What I Do
Specializing in User Experience (UX) Research and Human Factors Research. My primary focus is on qualitative research, but I'm equally comfortable with quantitative studies. My strength lies in guiding teams through the research process, ensuring that the voices of end-users are brought to the forefront.
I kickstart the journey by collaborating in order to define requirements, selecting the most suitable methodology, planning the research, conducting the research, doing a mindful analysis, and delivering valuable findings. My approach is characterized by its practicality and transparency throughout the entire process.
