Accenture Flex, (Contract) Sr. User Experience Researcher

Dec 2022- Dec 2023: I was part of a team of researchers that worked on internal projects for Accenture. I focused on projects around accessibility, connection, and travel. I used usability testing, created surveys, conducted interviews, and created tree tests to gain insight.  I employed design thinking and led teams through the development of business and project goals.

 

Cross-Country Healthcare, (Contract - Kforce) Sr. User Experience Researcher

April 2022-Nov 2022: I conducted large surveys, did market research, and set up UX Research practices for a client working with healthcare professionals and hospitals. 

Edward Jones, (Contract - Tek Systems) Sr. User Experience Researcher

Dec 2021- March 2022: I was part of a team of researchers that conducted usability testing, surveys, interviews, card sorts, focus group type discussions, and other user-focused to create a better online experience for end-users. 

 

Digital River, (Full Time) Lead User Experience Researcher

Mar 2019- Nov 2021: I conducted usability testing, surveys, interviews, card sorts, focus group type discussions, and other user-focused to create and improve a multi-functional tool for their large retail clients. 

 

Health Partners, (Contract - Horizontal Integrations) User Experience Researcher

July 2018 – Dec 2018: I conducted usability testing and other user-focused research, including focus groups, and created surveys to help with improvements on the care side of their website.

 

3M, (Contract Horizontal Integrations) Lead User Experience Researcher

May 2017 – May 2018: I conducted usability testing and other user-focused research on 3M’s U.S. website. I was in charge of research strategy and was the sole researcher on the team.

Aug 2016 –Feb 2017: I conducted usability testing, and I worked on many different projects in an interdisciplinary team. I planned research, led research, and conducted UX research. 

 

GFK, (Contract) Junior User Experience Researcher

Nov 2015-July 2016: I conducted human factors testing on physical objects. I focused on in-lab usability and diary studies. I worked on many different projects, and my focus was on medical technology.

2009-2011: I worked with a wide variety of companies on user experience problems and other design problems. My work with different partners required me to research, design, and develop strategies for multiple types of products and services UX design.

2014-2018: My clients are small businesses, artists, and non-profit organizations. My tasks included creating new layouts, updating websites, and making websites mobile-friendly. I also did a limited amount of usability testing.

 

Prodigy Books (Contract) Art Lesson Creator

2014-2015: We set out to create designs, art history, and studio art curricula for children between 12 and 16. I had to advocate for the end-user, the students. I also had to make age-relevant courses that enabled children to grow.

2011: I set out to create dynamic lesson plans and worked with students on practical projects. I taught design research and was able to mentor other students.
